The cattery of Castelcerf began in 2004 .It started with a chocolate point Siamese, Vanda, and work continued throughout the years with her lineage.

Currently, I have diversified my lines with Von Siamesis Tohuwabohu.

I'm looking forward all the elegance of line, big ears, but also an excellent profile and a long tail very thin.

The breeding work has proved more difficult than I had imagined, but I like it and despite some moments of discouragement, there is always a cat purring on my knees who makes me want to go further :-)

Not only the type, but behavior is also my prioritie. I raise all my cats exclusively for hugs and kisses, and my greatest joy is to see them become healthy adults with healthy mind and good shape.

Feline genetics is part of what fascinates me in breeding. I study everything I can find on this subject and I always compute the probabilies of the color of my future kittens with the genetic calculator that I have programmed.

My cats live at home with complete freedom. We have closed a portion of our garden adjoining the house and installed a cat-hole, so that these gentlemen and ladies can enjoy the sun, flies and incidentally, soiling the house when rained or snowed ..
